Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Deposit Thank you for choosing Varaidzo Visuals! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your session once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. 💸 Refund Policy All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused time during your scheduled session. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in less shooting time or session cancellation, depending on the delay. 📷 Final Notes By booking a session with Varaidzo Visuals, you agree to the terms of this policy.
